Week 1: Starting up the big hill...


Just did 25 minutes on the elliptical for the first time in months!!!

  1. Good Job! I had fish and vegetables for dinner. Does that erase the Hershey bar I ate this afternoon?

  2. Of course it does! A K-state professor actually did an experiment recently where he was trying to prove nothing mattered but counting calories. He ate Twinkies and chips and lost 27 pounds in 2 months, plus his cholesterol went down. I should post the article.
